changearound1 said:The switch needs to be completed by 18/11 and a switch takes 7 working days so you don't have a lot of time to play with.
I should be able to start it on Friday so that would give me 10 working days.
Is there any issue with setting up the switch separately to setting up the account? Or did both of these things have to happen at the same time in order to get the switching bonus?0 -

The switch can be done via a web form too (the pdf seems quite outdated).
It appears each time I log in to online banking.

Hi my switch to TSB completed today and 2 Direct Debits were moved across and are showing as NOT PAID ....
One of the Direct Debits is for Paypal ....Am I right in thinking that , although they move across, the direct debits for paypal don't actually work from the new account?
Should i set up a DD for Paypal with the new account details?

The Not Paid applies to status from the new account.
All of the ones I switched also show as Not Paid. They will stay like this until a new payment is made using that DD.
For the PayPal one, I would setup a new on at the PayPal end, just in case.1 -
If I add the card to Apple Pay will this count as a debit card payment as per their conditions or do i physically need to use the card?0

Quick question, TSB account now up and running and switch complete with 2 DD's. I now want to move onto the Nationwide which also needs 2 DD's. Can I re-purpose the 2 DD's on the TSB account to the new Nationwide Burner/Doner? Or is it best to set up 2 new dd's? Thanks0

The DDs need to stay active (or whatever TSB define as active) until at least the 18th Nov to get the cashback. Possibly until 18th Dec, when first cashback is due.
Sometimes when you move a DD, the old one stays listed, but sometimes it doesn't
The DDs need to stay until May if you are going for the second £55 cashback.0
