Mine took around 3 working days, but as mentioned I did use the card for the first time the day before it kicked in, they may wait until you use it once as confirmation you have the card and ready to go.
But yeah, if you have switched keep checking the cashback app, it will be the top offer once ready along with how long you have left.0 -

Got an email from them today to say I can now claim 20000 Virgin points... Did others get this? So their email is working...0

I have received an email today saying my account is up and running and I can earn the 25% cash back. There is a tick box, with 3 boxes, which says just follow the steps. They have ticked 2 of the boxes to confirm that I have - registered for cash back and paid in at least £1000 to my linked instant access saver. The third box is to switch my existing current account. (The agreed switch date is tomorrow)

Used secure message on PC: Used 'Complaint'. They asked which option I'd like if incentive team approved it, 20000 points or 25% cashback?pfpf said:
