Can anyone confirm if Ocado is included in the 25% cashback offer?

From the terms it seems Ocado should be included:

1. UK Supermarkets include, but are not limited to, Asda, Iceland, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, ALDI, LIDL, Tesco, The Co-operative and Waitrose. As well as miscellaneous food stores, convenience stores, markets, specialty stores, and vending machines.
2. Purchases at UK petrol stations and pay at pump.

iv'e never had to make an official complaint to a company. how would be the best way to do this with Virgin? does anyone have experience with them and can advise email, letter? etc.
i did forward a secure message last week under the heading of COMPLAINT but the reply was stock "phone CS" type reply.

live chat, secure message, call backs, CS calls and nothing has got me the cashback offer added to my account.

Switch completed 26/9 and all other prerequisites completed, how long after the switch completed message are people seeing the 25% cashback offer appear in their accounts? I saw a previous poster waited only 2 days.. (with no email)

A week to 10 days for me.. But it was the wrong incentive, so it's gone to complaint and clock ticking.

not sure which of my many calls and contacts with their CS got it sorted but my 25% incentive has finally appeared today. i had given up and was about to send an official complaint today.
