Incredibly, all my cashback has now been paid

Just received a letter regarding my complaint saying that they are going to give me £60 as an apology for my cashback being late. I've just checked and they paid £60 into my current account yesterday. I didn't even need to speak to anyone.Bridlington1 said:I've just been on the phone to Virgin Money and after them telling me that the cashback should have been available after 65 days and not 35 days for the switch offer and me making a complaint, the lady I was speaking to received a message to say that there's been a system error and that my cashback should be made available by the end of the week subject to the 35 day rule as stated on their website.
Presumably it is this system error that has thrown everyone else's cashback into disarray. But by the sounds of things we should all be receiving our cashback soon.3 -
Wow, that’s quite quick! On the other hand, I’ve received another letter today requesting a further 4 weeks…Bridlington1 said:

It was a complaint regarding a switching offer, which was designed to tempt customers in so that Virgin could make lots more money in the long term. If they are going to prioritise resolving any complaint it will be this one.ForumUser7 said:

Hi mate. Do you think you could edit your first post and add date to the title? Same as Co-op or Nationwide threads.
Virgin bonus is not "new" anymore and it's just confusing people. Cheers!
