sounds like it might be that - but seeing as they haven't asked for anything other than user number / surname / password - (which are all correct) - what else do they want?0

I'd read somewhere that you could access their website via the Chrome browser now, so I gave that a try yesterday and didn't even get to the NS&I web page, I got an error straight away.
Didn't try via Opera browser though, which is what I normally use. Maybe later.1 -
I wouldn't read too much into the SCA tag, it might be just that's the system service that is currently unavailable.Peter

persistence seems to have worked, booted out a couple of times on chrome and then got the OTP.
used to be so reliable - far too glitchy now0 -

Also annoying is that I could login with their app no issue (iphone) but you cant buy more premium bonds via the app so have to go to the website.1 -

Any suggestion, apart from just waiting and trying again another day ? Scared to keep trying now and risk account being suspended..
Have you logged in on your PC before and, if so, do you use private browsing or delete your cookies/internet history after each session ? Just trying to think of a reason why the NS&I site wouldn't remember that you'd logged in on your PC in the past.0 -

I tried to login earlier and it just brought the login page back cleared out! Tried again. This time it sent me through the OTP route even though it's the same PC authorised device, same IP address and been accessed several times in the past month. Browser = Edge.1 -

Doesn't explain why it doesn't accept its own OTPs (for the last 2 OTPs I really made sure I typed in the correct digits)
