It is down for me. It won't send me a OTP to either my mobile or landline. If it goes the same way as TSB I will likely find my landline ringing at 4am tomorrow morning to give me an expired OTP. It's not as if that's happened before.

Also down for me.  No OTP received.

    Kind Regards,

    I seem to be lucky

No problem, and no otp required

Windows 11 pc, Opera browser, last previous log in early May

My list of trusted devices has just this one, but listed twice. Maybe I cleared all the cookies in between

After not being able to log on for over 3 months, I finally managed it to day.
  • My phone number for OTP now seems to be in their system as starting with a +44 and with a 0. Obviously the messages aren't going to get through if they use both. I've used it before, how can they suddenly have changed it so it doesn't work? Ah, don't ask, this is NS&I we're talking about...

Utterly fed up with NS&I. Moving some money out to help with a house purchase. 22 (I counted!) cookie messages, 2 for every time I clicked on a link. My money out OK, my son’s (£45k) not so much. They put his payment on hold and after a 2 long phone conversations with ATOS and a lot of questions to him promised they would release. We are still waiting for it. This is not correct security when it stops you doing legitimate transactions.

Completion is in 3 days and not sure that’s going to happen at this rate.

I've never had any issues prior to today but on safari on iphone I got to 2FA and it sent SMS code which I entered and then it just boots me out to login screen again. Tried on Chrome on PC and I don't even get that far "system error please try again later".

I only got as far as number / surname / password -  it thought for a bit and then said some error to do with "SCA"
