Worked my problem out. it was the 5g home broadband i don't think Ns and I like Mobile devices.Although not a Mobile device.USE A VPN it works ,Logged on using 5g Modem /Hp- Pc/Linux /Opera /VPN static London address/Logged straight in let me browse the site , actually click on stuff, download Bond Records etc.I might just keep the Opera browser to log on to NS and I . using the VPN to hide the fact i am using 5g, and use the same static IP every-time i sign on . hopefully all good.0

I've not been able to log in to my NSANDI account since early May. I've had most of the issues described by others. My account is locked so they send me a reminder of my account number (taht I disn't request) and a temproary password. Tried logging in with tthe password but account still suspended. Invited to change password online but then it says I can't do that on line. Round and round we go.

Completely frustrated with NSANDI. I've just submitted the form to cash in my premium bonds - not done lightly as I've had some for over 60 years. They blamed my browser then my ISP. I tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. The contagion then spread to my iphone app and I was completely locked out. Strangely, I don't have this problem with any other websites so it appears to be unique to nsandi.com.

This is pathetic. I have been trying for at least 6 months to log in, but every single time I get booted back to the login screen. I did receive their antiquated voice 2FA code once, entered it ever hopeful, then booted back to the login screen once again. How long does it take to actually speak to an agent? Not that I have any hope that anyone will be able to help. Utterly pathetic.

I encountered this issue a while ago and it has now cleared up, though sometimes it does ask me to log in again. I use Firefox on Windows 10, if that is any help.

Does any other bank restrict how many devices you can log in from? Seems like only NS&I have this bizarre system if counting how many "trusted devices" have logged in and locking you out once you reach a limit. There's no legitimate security reason for such a user-hostile approachpoppy100

In NS&I's case, it just sounds like it's been poorly implemented. Saying that, I've never had a problem logging in using Chrome on a Windows 10 PC or on an Android phone.0
