I’ve just received an email from Lebara confirming that Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE are now available, and the services are being rolled out in phases. I’m apparently one of the first customers to use these features. If you haven’t received notification, you should do very soon.

Many thanks for the info.0 -
Thanks for the information. I too have a Poco F3, using Lebara, but not yet received anything from them re this.Edit - just received the e-mail as "junk"!Strange that it's a generic "Dear customer"? Tha tcould arouse suspicions it was a phishing attempt.0

I wonder how they decide who to choose to roll it out to? My main phone is on Voxi but i signed up to the MSE £1.99 a month Lebara deal a few months ago to test out the service - I now want to switch my main line from Voxi to Lebara but I definitely need wifi calling so this is why I haven't done it yet. My reception indoors is really bad with all networks but Vodafone is bearable with wifi calling - which I rely on with Voxi. Voxi seems expensive now with all the Lebara deals available.0

I haven't had the email yet, but I've just tried with my new phone, (iPhone 11) and Wifi calling and texting works perfectly!
I suspect they've actually rolled it out to everyone, but are only emailing people in batches to let them know about it.

I had the email to say I was among the first, but it doesn't work on my Samsung phone.
I have the option to turn it on/off but tests have shown it just doesn't work.0 -
Just received my SIM from Lebara and both VoLTE and WiFi calling working on Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE

From hotukdeals forum, something that might explain problems people are having with Android phones:
"Just had a chat with Lebara support and this is what they said about WiFi calling...
1. It will take 24 hours to update all systems. Please confirm with customer when was the email/sms was received
2. User needs to have iOS 15.5 for iPhones and android 12 version for Android phones.
3. One plus 7 pro is not officially an approved device for WiFi calling as of now.
So without Android 12 WiFi calling won't work (just as I suspected).
However VoLTE /4G calling should work with any version as long as phone is supported"

Thanks that explains it for me- Android 11.
Have had my two OS updates from Samsung so looks like I'll be waiting another 1-2 years for this feature when I next get a new phone.
