Adidas threatening letter

I sent a letter to their head office asking for proof that I owe the debt etc, and that if they continue to harass me for money I do not owe I will report them. 
They didn't respond directly to the letter and insisted they hadn't had a reply from me, so they sent another letter out which did not mention court and was just asking for me to pay the amount, again with zero evidence provided.
I just ignored it and I haven't heard anything in over 6 months now .

When do you think I should send something similar to you?

How many letter did you have before you sent them one back?

either ignore them or email them asking for proof that the debt is owed. I had email confirmation from Adidas that my order was returned and received by them.
