Adidas threatening letter

  • I sent a letter to their head office asking for proof that I owe the debt etc, and that if they continue to harass me for money I do not owe I will report them.
They didn't respond directly to the letter and insisted they hadn't had a reply from me, so they sent another letter out which did not mention court and was just asking for me to pay the amount, again with zero evidence provided.
I just ignored it and I haven't heard anything in over 6 months now .

    Cheers Amy.

    I’ve had my first letter.

When do you think I should send something similar to you?

How many letter did you have before you sent them one back?

    Thanks
  • either ignore them or email them asking for proof that the debt is owed. I had email confirmation from Adidas that my order was returned and received by them.
