I would leave out this sentence in your SAR...
If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible.
Why give the parking company an excuse to delay things?5 -

For 3B the wording for complaint to them:Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to complain regarding the conduct of Parking Premier Logistics in issuing a PCN and failing to cancel the said PCN.
The parking enforcement officer had parked a very large transit van sideways covering 4-5 bays or more and the signage was behind this van.
The question was directly asked to the 'man in the van' (the parking enforcement officer) regarding the carpark and was addressed at the time. The "man in the van" replied that he cant help the driver. To NOT answer truthfully has to be a deliberate attempt to deceive the driver
There was immediate ticketing, within seconds as shown from the driver's Dashcam
The signage is not clear.
The signage is small.
The markings are faded.
There are random signs which creates "noise".
The driver is deemed to be HSBC staff as they have retained certain staff benefits.
The first two spaces are blank and seem like parking for customers, and the third space looks like the start of the HSBC spaces. This is confusing.
The above are violations of the code of conduct and unethical business practices, and the driver is a staff member.
For these reasons if this matter is taken to court the judge will see plainly what has happened and will, due to multiple failures of the PCN issuer, find in favour of the driver. As well as this, calculations will be made for the many hours of research and other charges that will be presented to the judge for the PCN issuer to pay.
Please cancel this PCN that is quite clearly not going to stand up to any scrutiny in a court of law.
Yours,

"The driver has HSBC Staff benefits."
I don't work for HSBC anymore but I would class myself as having staff benefits. I would not expand on it.

Should i still describe as "the driver". ie:The driver doesn't don't work for HSBC anymore but would class them-self as having staff benefits

I would just say
"The driver has HSBC Staff benefits."
I would not expand on it to PPL, their agents or the IPC.
