Don't wait, just do an appeal as registered keeper (not saying who was driving, not implying it, no "me/myself or I") and tell them that you have evidence of immediate ticketing - within seconds - from the driver's Dashcam and will supply it to the IAS because the driver was not given any chance to read the signs:
Actually, can you upload it to You-tube?  We'd like to see this evidence.

Might also be worth a complaint to PPE then to the IPC, if the evidence is good.

There is a section just for HSBC staff but also some spaces that are not marked.  Can customers park there as well?

Signage does not look up to much

Do you still have a staff account?

Have you thought about contacting HR if you don't want to contact the branch directly.

I am also an ex- employee (although some years ago. Joined Midland originally which was then taken over by HSBC). From memory the branch management did not have that much involvement with the actual premises. There used to be a special department that dealt with the premises and appointed contractors.

I have to say that I am shocked that HSBC are engaging a company like this PPC.  They could lose business if that car park is also for customer parking.

"He certainly actively did not help. It has been the first time I've ever had someone just point blank say that they won't help you"

Probably targeted to achieve so many PCN's each day.

Apologies, i have had a lot on. I'm just getting round to read the Newbies post to start this. The parking ticket was issued on the 14th April.

I have uploaded the video and you can see it below: It was actually 16 seconds as he was waiting for me to move from the vehicle and then he pounced.

I not staff but i am supposed to still have staff benefits as part of leaving the bank. It looked like an ordinary carpark, and if someone told me it was the Banks i would assume, from the looks of it, that it was for customers too as the signage is not clear on the ground. There is a section that shows as HSBC but then then (that is if you see it when your lost lol and rive over it, and the rest looks like an ordinary parking area.
The telephone banking guys said they could not put me through to the branch manager so i left a message explaining staff member needed some help and he did not bother contacting me back, i already assumed that would be the case knowing what the business managers are like.
I do not think HSBC actually cares tbh unless it becomes a PR issue for them. It seems its for staff only parking.
I contacted HR who insisted that i contact Trainline corporate as it was something that they would deal with, even after me being persistent and advising that i really dont think they are the right people the HR person insisted it is most certainly Trainline who will deal with it on their behalf. Trainline said no, they deal with tickets only :/ as i had anticipated.
The lady i then got after ringing back again at HSBC, said she didnt there was such a department that deals with such issues. She asked me about contacting the branch manager. Advised her he didnt come back to me. This went on like for a while and after explaining the staff contract i had (didnt seem to make a difference to her) - in the end after discussing this parking companies ethics and that i had dashcam footage and that the "fine" of £100 being quite ridiculous considering council fines are £30, she took it down for someone at HR to deal with and gave a reference number. That was last week Thursday i think, and yet no reply back as of yet. I dont hold much hope, knowing the business as we do lol. It was a good thing my dashcam worked and turned on and caught something or else i think i really would have been lost.

    Thank you

Please give me any more advice you may have. I will read the newbies thread but i have limited time and will do my best to get a letter made. Fruitcake mentioned two entities PPC, IPC, i will see what the newbies post says.

    Thank you

PPC and IPC are acronyms explained in the 5th post of the NEWBIES thread.  Are you even still in time to appeal now?

Never mind.  Send a complaint instead.  PPCs have to deal with complaints.

Then (when the PPC relies fobbing you off) send a complaint to the IPC with your evidence and copy in your own constituency MP.
