That's fine but I'd keep the subject line as a more neutral 'Formal Complaint about the conduct of staff and agents at xxxx branch'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As a former employee of Midland/HSBC I am shocked that they are using such an unprofessional set up at PPL. Any actions taken by an agent that is engaged by HSBC will refect on them and could result in the loss of profitable business.
I agree with CM and would focus on PPL rather than the staff at the branch. You could say that you have contacted the branch but they were not helpful in cancelling the PCN and leave it at that.

Ah is that how they differentiate the accounts for staff. Indeed mine is 9 as the third digit. I didn't know about this before, good to know.

Yes, typo. I will amend it. Thank you.

Snakes_Belly said:I have taken another look at the car park and there are no signs on entry.
The signage on the wall is small and there are other non-related random signs.
The markings on the tarmac marking out the HSBC staff car parking bays are worn and faint. Not all the bays are for staff only.
If this does go to court then it may be advisable to take some of your own images as the PPC will show their images in a good light. Would you have the signage on dashcam?
This PPC does not maintain their car parks well and it makes it easier to fight your corner.
There is another ongoing case where the signage is similar. Person was picking up a child and could not stop on a red route so parked on the car park of a shop which was closed. Signage looked similar about A4 size. Defence has been submitted and PPL have blinked.

Unfortunately, the dashcam only started to record when i exited the vehicle and the resulting thud from closing the door started the recording. I think only one sign (of teh small a4 sign on the front wall) was captured.

So, from the help here by the kind members and the newbies thread - i believe i need to send a SAR to PPL and an email to the solicitors.1) PPL's privacy states that i should send an email to their normal INFO email address which ive previously sent a complaint to and then not heard anything.2) Gladstones states i can send them an email on "enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk". As far as i have read i should not use their "Pre-Action Protocol Reply Form" when i have signed up and logged into their website. I have signed up but not replied via the drop down menu for the "Pre-Action Protocol Reply Form".3) Also, i have been advised to send complaints to:3A) - HSBC CEO - will hopefully do today.3B) - IAS adr@theias.org3C) - IPC I have joined and will use the "submit a complaint" button. Is the above correct? Is there anything i have missed out.I'm just typing up the letters as and when i can and will add them here to make sure all good very soon. I need to send today for the SAR and solicitors ones as its a notice of action. Thanks all.0
