Hi everyone
today I have received excels statement an evidence for court and I am scared , they have sent me a log of the date an time I entered is not on there for that time it’s someone else registration
I know for a fact I put money in an entered my ref the only thing I can think of is Iv put in wrong way around
I am really anxious now I feel I haven’t got a leg to stand on I haven’t even started my statement as I feel sick thinking about it making me poorly0 -
They literally have sent me a booklet
should they pull cctv
or should I call them an pay0 -

Excel have lost three cases in court this week. One of them was definitely a VRN issue.
Don't be put off by their WS. Read what a judge thought about their presentation in Stefano123's court report.

"I know I paid for it as I had to enter my registration into the machine and I paid for the required time , it stated you do not have to display a ticket and because I entered my registration I didn’t do this thinking they have got my registration they will know I have paid"
Is there any VRN that resembles your VRN?
These ticketless machines are a nightmare. It totally relies on the VRN being recorded correctly.

Iv have looked at the log again an I can see I have started to enter my reg but it has not acknowledged the full reg and only has the two first letters. I was not aware it had errored and continued to enter my reg without knowing it wasn’t registering0
