These machines are ticketless so no evidence that payment has been made.

WS from relative (pub owner) who gave the money for payment.

i think there is two but the start of my reg is on the log they have sent and the machine has not logged it as full

There has been a lot of issues with ticketless machines in a city near to where I live. It has caused so many issues that Excel were removed/contract not renewed from the car parks in question. VRN's not being recorded
correctly has been an issue. 

could I say in my defence was I was not aware my reg not being registered as no receipt or ticket given the green button on the machine isn’t even the button the arrow points go to press for a ticket 

also they have sent me there documents for the hearing 

can I use there pictures or should I print the pictures I have took 

I’m so sorry also my anxiety got the better of me , I have emailed them asking if they would settle out of court and they want £150 (which was never an amount they was charging me in the first place )and £27 for the court fee filing which they wouldn’t have to pay anyways if i was to settle before the 5th the cheeky buggers 

I have decided I’m gonna go to court and spend this wkd getting my defence and we together

You should have already submitted a defence. Now you need to work on your WS which is a narrative of what actually happened with images. As mentioned, the latest good WS bundles are by @wobs2k and @aphex007 and @Daiapolon2021 

You will need to make it specific to your circumstances.

You can included a signed WS from your relative to confirm that she provided you with change for the machine. 

Use your own images.

They won't likely have CCTV.  This is most likely a set of ANPR entry/ exit photos. But when you do a SAR demand it anyway as they'll claim its non-existence. If they do claim to have it ask them under what act and section of law is their justification for it under!

CCTV is allowed for the purposes of crime prevention/ detection or antisocial behaviour, counter terrorism  etc- this doesn't fall into that remit.

Snooping on shoppers or other types of consumers doesn't justify recording or watching them.

was my defence the first lot of court paperwork I received that I sent to them stating I paid and entered my reg ? 

I’m so confused , Thank you I’m going to get on with it this wkd as time is running out 

If it is the case there machine is faulty and obvs dirty signage etc ?

What can I expect at court ? Do I have to speak to them or the judge
