I only have the pictures of the car park machine an nothing else 

it says I have to give a copy of my evidence to the other party I don’t know if that’s what it means

Unless you want to lose your case and pay double (£400 or more) as a slap for not attending, please put out of your mind the idea of not going.  It will really empower you!

I have looked at the newbies thread and have looked at the stage were I’m upto and just to clarify I am the witness ? 

I am still unsure how many of them steps I have to do 

Iv only got my account an pictures of the machine so do I still use a template and adapt that and what else do I need to do

You are the defendant and witness.

The notice is generic and is addressed to both the claimant and the defendant. It gives instructions and dates that must be complied with by both parties. If you provide the court and claimant a copy of your witness statement by the deadline provided you will have complied with the order.

The claimant has the choice of paying for this to go to a hearing. Otherwise they lose by default. You have a strong case and need to find and amend the recently recommended WS with your own details and evidence.

It also says I have to pay £27 for a trial fee is that correct as they have took me to court

Do I provide excel with the pictures and my witness statement ? Is there anything else I need to do other than my witness statement that would help me

The claimant pays the trial/hearing fee.

Yes. Both the guide to court, the twelve step guide in the defence template thread, and the court directions all tell you this. Email it to yourself as well.
Pictures will need to be numbered exhibits in your WS.

My comment was simply in answer to your question about sending pictures and witness statement to Excel, in that the answer is already given on this forum.

You primary job now is to produce a witness statement based on the ones suggested by Coupon-mad, and include numbered exhibits including your photos, and copies of court cases that support you defence. 

Post it here for checking, ideally by uploading it to a web hosting site such as Dropbox and posting a link.
