Eon Next Online v11, Fixed 1 Year at Apr 22 Rates

My new v18 tariff has the fixed term end date 01/04/2024. The current Next Flex tariff is also showing on my account with the end date 01/04/22.

I would get in touch with them if you concerned about the dates.

They actually sorted me out without contacting them again.
End/Start dates make more sense to me being 31/03 and 01/04 but we will see what happens
I still can't see any dicount for DD though at this point based on the rates showing

Just to confirm they are still honouring the V11 tariff. I phoned up this morning and was told that they will honour it for this week.

Depends on which region you live in. You'll best to call Eon Next and find out.

E.On V11 is technically gone - you won't find it on their website and when you call, a recorded message tells you it's gone.

I waited on the phone for a full hour waiting to speak to someone and after checking with a supervisor she put me on V11.

You may be lucky if you call today but I got the impression they won't be honouring it for long.

Just to confirm that Eon are still accepting switch to V11 via phone (50 minute wait).
Customer assistant very helpful and new tariff rates will apply from 1 April to 31 March 2023.
