I'm wondering if these energy suppliers are allowed to reduce the daily standing charge to bump up the per kwh rate though? I would much rather be paying a higher daily standing charge for a lower unit rate. You can find the cap for your region at the link in my signature, assuming you are paying by DD.The numbers you have posted look like South-East region (formerly SEEBOARD?)
Thanks, those numbers lined up exactly.

I phoned up just before 5 and had a 5 minute wait. No problem transferring to v11.1

Managed to change to the 2yr v18 fix last night after lots of re-logging all the time.
Only £100 more over the year, which is likely to be dwarfed by the October rise.0 -

I called yesterday and was told the V11 has already been withdrawn. Unwilling to give up I tried again 20 minutes ago. Got through within 5 minutes and now I'm on V11 starting 1st April. The kind young man I spoke to said it will be available for a couple of days more. It really depends who you get on the phone.2

I sent an email yesterday saying that I was emailed about the V11 offer and went online only to see it was not there.Got a call today and they honored the offer and switched me to V11, no questions asked.1

Ugh I wanted to get my dad on this... OF COURSE my car broke down last week, and I couldn't get there to do it for him, and now it's gone...0

I phoned this afternoon (Wednesday 2nd), was advised the V11 Tariff had been withdrawn. I politely asked if she could double check this as I understood some people were still being offered this tariff. The lady went off to speak to her manager and came back a while later to say that they'll still honour it (as I'd received the email) until this Friday, so thankfully on v11 now! Phew! If you've been emailed and are in doubt - call them up but do it quickly!1

I emailed just now (2 March 3.30pm) to explain I'd had an email offer on Friday 25th but couldn't access the V11 tariff on their website as it had been pulled. I asked if there was any way they could honour the offer. I received a reply within 5 minutes saying they'd switched me over.I had previously tried facebook (autoreply only) and phone (on hold for 20 mins)1

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for taking the time to post info on here as I thought I had missed out.I phoned this afternoon after reading posts on here and asked to be put on the 2 year V18 tariff from 1st April and they did it straight away without any issue. I kept confirming the 1st April start date.I can see the new tariff on my online account but at the moment I am not sure that it has been set up to start from 1st April as it is showing Next 2 Year v18 - Fixed term ends 02/03/2024 (2 years from today) My previous tariff is nowhere to be seen. Are other people showing 01/04/2023 or 01/04/2024 as end dates on their accounts or is the above normal?
Just wondering if I need to get back in touch with them?0
