Good Morning ⛅
Ended up having a lovely evening yesterday, although still feeling a bit flat today. Maybe it's just that whole 'when you stop work everything catches up with you' syndrome. I'm hoping so anyway.
Today I am grateful for:
1) For my brother and sister-in-law, and for the lovely evening I had with them
2) For some inspiration about my diet/lifestyle
3) My new lamp that arrived (which I have yet to construct haha). Let there be light!!! 💡
Planning to get my new sheets today, and will take in a little treat for Mum. So today will be a spend day.
Have a great day x

Not much to report but wrestling with a decision at the moment about whether to pay for a surgical procedure that isn't currently available on the NHS. I've read lots of papers about its effectiveness and I've made enquiries as to the cost, it would put me into some debt but at the same time I'm sick of being in pain all the time and spending money on physiotherapy but I don't know.... it's a lot... need to do some thinking...10

I have cerebral palsy & am in pain all the blooming time,
I pay for private physio every week & it fairly mounts up.

Spendy day today. Shopping delivered from Mr T and kitten to vet for neutering. Kitten belongs to DD so will get reimbursed for that. Vet gave me cone of shame to put on him, 5 seconds later he had it off so had to buy a different design which at least took 10 seconds to get off after some truly spectacular acrobatics. He is now in the living room killing said collar as I write.
Today I am grateful for kitten being apparently unbothered by the loss of his bits, finding time to clear out the sideboard of doom and a lovely chat over tea and biscuits with one of my customers (aged 99!)12 -

I have heard tell that a newborn babygro fits, and they can't undo the poppers (wise face) and it is very very funny to look at.

Evening turtles! A quick check in from me.
morning routine was disrupted as I had to go to the office... I’d got used to the slow mornings!
I did manage to read a bit and meditate at least.
I was doing well with the NSD, didn’t even buy lunch but lost it later on as my travel card ran out and bf suggested naughty pick up pizza but that was a grand total of €6 between two of us so not too bad.Grateful for a good gym session although I was tired at first, but managed to slog it out, for having random chats with people in the office.Have a lovely eveningStudent loan £5655

NSD2 for me, grateful for a good day volunteering, matching up a couple of old men I think have shared interests and could become firm friends, pu$$y willow branches looking like kittens' paw pads.
