Thanks for that. Like I say, given they send these things out with no time to reply anyway, it would appear a bit ropey on their behalf.
  • Has anyone else received a Letter Before Claim related to stopping at Gateway house? (Yes, I’ve looked and no I haven’t seen a thread that discusses a LBC for Gateway House).

Doesn't matter which location it relates to; a LBC is a LBC as long as it allows 30 days to respond.

The advice is standard and is in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post applies, the section about LBC stage..

Well, I thought that would be the last of the correspondence from DRP but a slightly tweaked version from the last one arrived the other day, again outwith the 7 day reply stipulation that they place on these things. What's the point if they have no intention of allowing anyone to respond timeously. The only change on this one was the attached caveat for Option B i e CCJ/Decree etc

    Ever more BS to ignore.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Got this through the post whilst I was on holiday so wasn't in any position to respond before the date suggested on the letter. It was from a company called CST Law. Does anyone have any awareness of them and/or this kind of correspondence?

Same stable as Debt Recovery Plus.
Bristow & Sutor - IMHO in the private parking World, they should be ashamed of what they do to people. But so should the roboclaim lot.

Scrape them off and we'd be halfway to an honest business model once the new Code of Practice comes in and most people would be able to pay (a fairer sum) or appeal, at last, instead of being trapped and gaslighted by the 'data rape' crew who pass their victims around till they succeed in 'extorting money from motorists' (Neil O'Brien MP).

I take it there's nothing to respond to here from what you're saying.
