File it away , nothing is relevant until either an LBC or a court claim

My MP has written to UKCPS regarding this which is good but by the wording of their correspondence has indicated who the driver was. Their office is awaiting a response from them now.

Received this today. As per my previous post, my concern is that my MP'S letter has been worded as such indicating that I was driving.

Apart from the title, that letter is almost word for word the same as the letter you showed us on 9th February.

The only difference that I can see is that the balance due is now £130.00 - previously £100.00.
There seems to be no explanation of where that £30.00 comes from.
    How strange.

Suggest you file that letter as you did the previous one.

Only you can identify the driver, not your MP, your local newsagent, your local ice cream man, or your local lollipop lady.  Stop fearing shadows!

My MP's office received this today so looks like they're correspondence will have no effect. They also provided several images of the site. Would it be worthwhile putting them on this thread?

A contract cannot bind you for something that is forbidden - simple contract law. They are barking up the tree trying to frighten you down. Stay there, they won't go any further, other than possibly silly debt collector letters.

Received this a few days ago but not in sufficient time to respond to same. So far they have been very persistent with communications so far so I take it that's the norm. Also, further charges have been added for no apparent reason. A bit concerned re. the access to mortgage etc threat. Is it a consideration to contact my MP to see if they can re-visit contacting UKCPS to enquire if some form of middle ground can be reached as they initially rejected writing off the fine in the last correspondence.
