My local Mp has been waiting 6 or 7 weeks for Dcb to respond, 2 weeks ago they sent mail saying i had to give permission for a third party to act on my behalf which i did, filled the online form in giving Mp permission, i contacted Mp's office asking had they had a reply from Dcb, they replied no, not yet, now craftily i get mail yesterday from Dcb saying i see you have asked another person as a third party to act on your behalf, if so fill in another form we have sent you, i thought what are these cranks on about now, another third party!!! then the penny dropped, the mails i have been getting from the Mp's office are addressed from Charlie....... office of Mp, so where i gave them permission to correspond with Mp himself, he actually does not send the mails out, his representative does, ie: Charlie....... so now i got to fill in form again today with Charlie......... as third party, they just trying to be clever and smart, but "I REQUEST" each time, please send me confirmation you have accepted third party to act on my behalf, i presume you will not send confirmation(which they never have so far) but i can add it to my dossier to show a judge on the day of a hearing i have sent you these requests, my husband does not want them to think we are just going to sit back and take all their crap from them, lol!!!

Lol , most MP s have lackeys dealing with their mailbags , these lackeys do filter the complaints and sometimes the MP knows little or nothing about it , whereas speaking to your local MP face to face at their meetings usually helps , so maybe organise an appointment when your MP has a local surgery meeting , these happen regularly

NB , only the claimant can drop it , dcb will do what their client instructs them to do

Thanks Red- x taken it on board, i will look into that then, yes i understand only Ukpc can drop it, but if i can p..s them off on the way along, will make us feel better, lol Ukpc told me not to send them any more mails as they consider the matter closed and to only deal with Dcb, so when i send anything to dcb about online forms etc. I always quote " I REQUEST" to them saying i want an answer, did you receive my online form? did you accept my third party? etc. I always send the same to Ukpc🤣🤣🤣 who the hell do they think they are instructing me to stop sending anything?🤣🤣 they started it,lol

This has just come from dcb, i told them i have instructed a solicitor, as you can see they are asking for the solicitors name, i absolutely do not agree i have to give them a name of a solicitor, they have just confirmed they have received my mails as i asked them to do, so they are dealing with me and not a solicitor!!! I wonder where it says that in 2016 and now it states 5 minutes waiting time for that road

I have been looking everywhere to see if in 2016 you were only allowed a 5 mins grace time as DCB have stated, but nowhere to be seen🤔🤔🤔
