Bear in mind she is only training , a para legal , not qualified , so what does she know ? Most don't know !! They know more about conveyancing , wills and probate , etc

Yes Red-x i agree🤣🤣🤣 but dont think that will happen ha ha, was good on BBC watchdog last night regarding the parking companies, bet Ukpc n Dcb were'nt to happy about that either, its really good that you guys have fought to bring this about, i could not believe that they hand out 22,000 tickets a day, must be mega rich these parking companies, still hopefully coming to an end very soon

I made a complaint to Bpa recently regarding Ukpc saying i had committed " PARKING OFFENCES" i told them i was deeply offended being accused of any such thing and ask them to investigate Ukpc regarding this matter. Gemma from Bpa said she will investigate. I also referred to the Bpa website saying a ten minute grace period should be observed, it was obvious Bpa were going to stand by Ukpc but i wanted to let them know anyway, here is their reply and my response back to them

Hi, any advice on this please? We are just looking through the paperwork and gone back to the Claim Form, court charges and legal representative costs@2×£50, 2 pcns @£100 each, amount claimed after costs £470.72!!!!

Also i notice that Dcb legal did not hide the fact that they added on debt recovery charges!!! So did they infact know it is not allowed or chancing the judge might overlook that on the day?

Umkomaas, bit silly saying move on, obvious i know the costs are legitimate, it is advice i was asking on here what the £470.72 amounts to, i think that is quite obvious if you read it!!! I should think everyone knows court costs etc.are legal!!!
