Please stay on your own thread otherwise you're going to drag this thread off at a tangent!IloveElephants said:Sorry to interrupt on someone's thread but can I ask because the parking company has put a yellow sticker on the windscreen of the vehicle and the driver claimed to be the RK and driver at the time will the judge go towards favouring the parking company? As in my case UKCP has issued a ticket for my existing case and thread and put the sticker on the front windscreen. What happens when the judge askes me what happened to the yellow sticker as per the photograph illustrate from the SAR?1 -

I have just received this from Dcb, i assume it is to show the court they have tried to settle without wasting the court time, also a letter from County Court saying the claim has been allocated to Norwich county court and to await the Judges directions, was hoping would be in Yarmouth

It could be anywhere as it is likely to be by video or telephone conference call.Tapluk3 said:I have just received this from Dcb, i assume it is to show the court they have tried to settle without wasting the court time, also a letter from County Court saying the claim has been allocated to Norwich county court and to await the Judges directions, was hoping would be in Yarmouth2 -
Dear Bethany,
Without prejudice, save as to costs
I won't be calling you to discuss 'settlement' as I don't owe any money but you may wish to call your client and have another little chat about the fact the Government has blown over your house of cards by banning false 'debt recovery' fees this week, at last. The gravy train has stopped.
That ends the debate on that front. I am sure DCBLegal has been having words with various parties about it and you may huff and puff but the fact remains the claim is exaggerated and baseless. The only settlement I'd take is your client discontinuing but paying my wasted costs.
Do you really want Judges to have to waste court time considering parking firms' false costs elements of claims this year, when the DLUHC lawyers have settled the matter once and for all and this now forms part of the 2019 Act?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Send @Coupon-mad's letter above. I always check out the Facebook page of the individual I'm dealing with. Gives more confidence that it's only a human being, not some two-head, three-brain automaton. Check this party girl out!
Both barrels, see what the reaction is!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
