I understand that Unkomaas thankyou, i anticipate in the end they will probably get their way, but the initial pcns were £100 each, now they are asking £571.72 as you explain i regard these as ridiculous spurious charges and is what i am fighting against, i do not want to be ripped off by these scumbags!!! So if it goes to court and a judge agrees the add ons are as you say are Double Recoveries and does not let them get away with demanding i pay £571.72 i would be happy to accept that1

They are not offences. Use of this word may contravene their ATA;'s Code of Practice, section 14

Consider complaineing to the BPA.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -

This looks good for reading!!! Also one of the pcns they put on the car only allowed 5 mins before sticking their ticket on the screen!!!! But did that apply in 2016 i am not sure?1

Yes, consideration periods were better in 2016. The BPA CoPs from each date are on the BPA website.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, there are 2 extra letters required by the BPA at 24.4 of the CoP BEFORE sending a case to debt recovery...I've recently been using that myself.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
