  • I do hope all goes well with your recent tests. The price of food out is very pricy. Just a couple of coffee’s cost a fortune. xx

Was there fish with the chips, or literally just chips? Fish and chips for two is about £27 here (although we do have big portions 😀), so not out of the way if there was anything other than chips?

The other week I paid about £21ish for a fish supper, sausage supper (you get 2 sausages in batter each about 6inch long), 2 pickles, 1 pickled egg and a bottle of chippy sauce as we were running out and thats simply Not On in the daisy household !

Keeping everything xd for your results ng

Glad the ice cream and film were a good distraction. Don’t beat yourself  up - it’s because people have stressy, busy days that these scum get away with these things. Hope the bank sort it though and you’re able to get your money back. Not what you need! X

Hopefully it's just a case of a cancellation that means you're being seen quicker. Hope it goes well.

And yes, less drama would be good!

Not great news today, the echo results show a blocked heart valve one side which will need surgery 😩 not what I was expecting to be honest! I’ve been told to see my normal gp asap to have some checks (they have not done any in the last two appointments) and there are no emergency appointments until April 25th I was told today, so I need to ring first thing every day.

Anyway my parents have offered to pay to go private which I’m very fortunate but not sure about yet, I have got an appointment to see a cardiologist tuesday to hopefully find out how urgent it is, my report says severe though so not sure that’s a good sign!

Surprisingly the insurance company will still insure me for the cruise but I really don’t fancy going, I’m still getting palpitations and have seen a few people getting winched off by helicopter which has put me off 😆 I think we will try to sell mum and dads cruise as they don’t want to go without us,  not sure about ours yet as I booked though a company who don’t even have a phone number so I’m waiting for an email reply. There’s a f@cebook group for reselling cruises though so it’s a possibility.

Kids have been great, dd came over for a cuppa tonight, ds1 is out but ds2 has been enjoying himself with many heart and funeral related quips to cheer me up, it’s given me a break from the lend me some money jokes from the weekend 😂
