    So sorry to hear you did not get the all clear. Hope you work out a solution for the cruise seems a shame your parents can’t go either but if you gift it to one son will the others expect the same. Tricky one main thing is you feel well and don’t stress

    So sorry to hear about your diagnosis, no wonder you are worried. So great though that there are funds for you to get this surgery done asap 

    Sorry too about the scammer - so easy to get caught out - we all know someone who did sadly - always when one is busy.

    Try and get as much rest as possible - maybe indeed get into a proper sleep routine..
