Hello all. I’m struggling to find the time to post here much as things have got a bit busy. And I’m less motivated to report a STS @Brambling than I would be a loss! I’ve had a few more beers than maybe I planned but I fee I’ve plateaued.
really want to get under 14st by the end of this month so redoubling efforts

Sorry you're struggling Eskarina
I wish I could offer you words of wisdom but I'm afraid I don't have any
I've reached the stage that I can't eat a little of the 'naughty' stuff if it's in the house I'll eat it all and go out for more so I've stopped eating it at the moment. Like you I want to get below my current stone before month end, I've been on this one for so longgggggg
