1/2lb loss here - my eating has been pretty poor this week and I'm not back to exercising yet after Covid so I'm happy with that.

Hello all. I’m struggling to find the time to post here much as things have got a bit busy. And I’m less motivated to report a STS @Brambling than I would be a loss! I’ve had a few more beers than maybe I planned but I fee I’ve plateaued.

I've reached the stage that I can't eat a little of the 'naughty' stuff if it's in the house I'll eat it all and go out for more so I've stopped eating it at the moment. Like you I want to get below my current stone before month end, I've been on this one for so longgggggg

Right, drawing a line under the last three days of bad eating choices and focussing on tracking and coming in under calories for the next four days!
B: overnight oats with protein powder
L: carrot and coriander soup, salad with hummus
mixed bean stew, rice and lots of veggies
Should be around 1200 calories7
