Sorry All
Been awol for a bit, it's a bit crazy here as I'm having my bathroom done, I think I've forgotten to post for a couple of week. I've gained and lost but the net is a loss on -1lb, fairly happy with that as I've been unable to exercise as much as usual as there is a bathroom suite in my living room so I can't get to my treadmill and there is no floor space for anything else. I've been for a couple of walks but hopefully should be done by next week. 🤞'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Feeling better this week - thanks for the well wishes.Lots of exercise and long walks this week so posting a -3lb please @Brambling.
We are finding that if we go out for a walk in the evening then it is a distraction from opening the wine which then leads to snacking 😡, this has really helped.
Off out for a meal tonight which was a Christmas gift so need to be sensible with breakfast and lunch choices!Hope that everyone has had a good week!46,484 > 0(January)

Thank you Brambling. Is the target just for this quarter? If it is, just set it at 3lb as I think that would just be ten days or so? I have a couple of meals out in that time. I am going to set a target of a stone for the next quarter.
I don't think I picked the best start day as I am going out for afternoon tea (at lunchtime!) with a group I meet with weekly. We don't usually have anything more than coffee but today is a special treat. I haven't paid for this myself so would feel very ungrateful if I didn't enjoy the tea. I have started the day with a light breakfast of some strawberries that needed to be used, a tablespoon of yogurt, and a teaspoon of pumpkin seeds. If I do want to eat anything later it will be Greek salad.7 -
Pleased that I somehow managed to note I was STS on Wednesday which is when I normally would report in. I'm not at the same spot now but I'm still on holiday and OH is delighting in ensure there is a constant supply of cake and other scrummy things.
