    Hope everyone is doing well.

Since I decided to try and cut back for my holiday my face has fallen into everything... well nearly!  2 weeks to go this Friday, have tried on a pair of trousers, they fit which is a win.

So have given myself a talking too and will get on the scales this week when I feel like it.

Just need Gandalf with his staff to stand next to me when I attempt to fill my face, a bit of 'you shall not pass' must help?

Congrats to everybody who has had actual losses, I will stick to my 3 lb for this quarter and start afresh on the first. Just can't get my head around food and healthy eating. Need to try harder.

First day of my diet yesterday. Did ok (I think) mainly vegetables, some fruit, soup, and a couple of poached eggs - laid that morning, plus one square of 85% cocoa chocolate and 15 pistachios.

Looking forward to Friday. I'm going to weigh myself first thing in the morning.

    Today

Rocky road square and cup of tea
    Bakewell tart
    Bag of revels
    Cup cake

Might have some hummus on toast.

Thought I would be honest! This is what I am eating, before starting on the blood sugar diet again.

@Frith , I know this diet well, think it is the 'age' thing, or the start of it, well for me anyway.

@Brambling - can you shove me down for another 10 lb for the next session.

Not been on the scales yet... we have been giving each other the evil eye.  I have cut down on the crud I have been eating, fruit consumption has gone up, just need to start on the hot dinners / lunch so half a can of soup or something similar... the tins are out on the counter looking at me.

Tea tonight, carrots, spuds, chicken - tray bake with a chicken seasoning, fresh lemon and its juice, paprika and chilli with a tiny dribble of olive oil as a tray bake and a side salad.
