    I won't get to weigh in again this quarter but it has been good looking at the progress I have made and the fact I hit target.  The last three weeks haven't gone to plan but I'm happy that I've maintained.  On to the new quarter and getting the scales moving again!

    My last weigh in gave me a 2 lbs loss which means I have lost exactly 2 stone!!

    Well done every one who took part in the challenge whether you met your target (I didn't) or not . 

    The total for the 1st quarter was just over the 200lb mark my very quick count up made it 206 (that could be slightly out) so we have lost a Great Dane or a washing machine take your pick

     :D well I did wonder about the cut ears... not very pet friendly.

    I had a Norwegian forest cat that used to bring me 'gifts' in the shape of live mice at 3 AM!  She was a Dane of the cat world and I was her stupid human!

    As no pets have been lost.... fab.
