Well made a lovely veggie curry for dinner, still on the carb side, but with some vege. I just can't get my swimming mojo back. I have swimming in 30 min and I just can't get over there and get in the water, I'm too tired and a bit stressed.I have stuff to do, but will probably just go to bed in a bit. I do bicycle to work, but my step count is terrible.
WiIl go to Market to get some vege tomorrow over lunch.

The plus side to yesterdays trip to Ikea was the high step count compared to an average day. The minus was the fact that I had 3 bad meals, croissants for breakfast for a speedy get away, the inevitable meatballs with fries and jam at Ikea and then hotdogs for dinner followed by some of the nice Ikea biscuits. I'm not even going to weight myself today.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Brie some weeks it's best to stay off the scales, line drawn now and fresh week fresh start
1.5lbs off for me this weekit may have been more if I haven't made cheese scones
I may make target this challenge 🤔

I’ve been struggling for 3 weeks ,lost the plot completely ,then was away on a 5 day all in break ,just about on plan again ,
Got the nerve to get on the scales again this morning and +1 please
Think that is almost a victory!
hopefully will be better now7 -
I have been erratically on and off this thread over the last three years, knowing I need to lose weight again but never having the right motivation.
In 2017 I needed to get myself in shape for an op. The op took place in Feb 2018 and I had lost 4stone, much of it due to the support from this thread.
Yesterday, I had a doctors appointment, their instigation not mine, and the first one since the start of the pandemic.
So, from yesterday's lunchtime I'm now back on a diet.
Hopefully, being told to diet it will kick me into some action.
So, please can I join in again.
I see the first quarter ends on the 31/3/22, so there is not much point in a target for this quarter but if I can join in and post until the next quarter starts it would be a bonus.

@zafiro1984
Maybe you can plan what your target will be for Q2 and start working towards that now! Even if that just means clearing out some of the forbidden treats that you'll want to start avoiding in April.
And well done on losing the 4 stone even if it was a few years back. Happy with this weeks loss but not happy with how it came about!
I have had a flare up with my chronic sinusitis and have been feeling rotten all week and not felt like eating.
This has resulted in a -3.5 lb please @Brambling46,484 > 0(January)
