Didn’t WI yesterday morning, but I’ve been ill all week, the mother of all colds, to the point I ended up doing a PCR test! I put it down to all the stress of the last few weeks. Half term arrived and I collapsed! I had so many plans that I cancelled and spent my time resting, knitting, watching films and sleeping. So no diet for me this week.»The road to DF is long and bumpy » Greensaints6

I am keeping an eye on my food, but need to focus a bit more, and also just not eat snacks or sugary stuff. I will let you all know when I have to guts to weigh in again and adjust my targets accordingly.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Still yoyoing about. Almost posted on Saturday when I'd hit a nice low point but then bounced up the next day. Extra hydration? Not enough fibre? Who knows.
But today I'm officially down 1 pound so "yeah me!"

2lbs down for me @Brambling
Hope you managed to stay clear of the Christmas chocolate!
I am still trying to find more time to move but it is not really working well so next week my goal is to get up early at least once and do some steps with the wii fit as that worked well a couple of years ago!4 -
You're doing fantastic Ziggy over 1.5 stone the challenge
you will be pleased to know chocolate is still safe and hidden, it may have to go to my nephew to make brownies as one brownie is a lot less calories than a sample pack of green and blacks chocolate
