Hi all just dropping by to mention the fact that I am not talking to the scales this week, I aon antibiotics and it is making me tired and doing funny stuff to my body, so I am just leaving. Damage control will have to start when I am off antobiotics for a stupid infected finger tip! 10 days all together. Also need to switch up to a fully whole grain diet, have bought some things like store bought quiches and ravioli, dangerous stuff.
Keep in there it's the little things that makes a big difference in this field.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Thanks ladies for your WIs
Bella sorry to see life has been a little C**P recently but at least you have a wedding to stress over look forward to
Ditty take are of yourselfignore those scales until you are ready
Hoping you have all survived the weather, my neightbours lost their back fence, unfortunately it including the post by gate closes and locks onto so my back gate has taken a battering as I couldn't stop it swinging on it's hinges I'm just hoping it doesn't take my fence down with the stress. Oh well worst things have happened to other people and a new gate is a minor thing

Bella sorry to see life has been a little C**P recently but at least you have a wedding to stress over look forward toAs for the wedding, they wisely spent their money on a house and a baby, so it is going to be a very simple affair of a registry wedding, with very close family and friends followed by a meal. They want to be married but don’t care about a massive do! Very MSE! Proud of them!»The road to DF is long and bumpy » Greensaints7 -
Hello
I appear to have missed reporting all of February weighins! I gained + 1/2lb, lost - 1/2lb and this week I’ve STS so got nowhere really, please Brambling.
Frustrating for sure, I’ve stuck to a calorie allowance but have been too lazy to carb count, I have further reduced the amount I’m consuming so it can’t be that many surely. I’ve also been too lazy to exercise beyond a couple of long walks a week. I did get my rebounder out of storage just need to unfold the legs and attach the stability bar so I can start using it. Before the festive season I managed to get upto almost 2 minutes of bouncing before I needed a rest which I did several times a day and it all added up so I’ll be starting that again this week and see if upping the exercise as much as I can manage gets the weight shifting.Congratulations reaching quarterly target Millicent.

1lb loss for me please. Only 1lb to go until I get to 1 stone loss since the new year. OH has been doing really well and got under 100kg today so that was a massive boost for him. Feeling under the weather so didn't go to the gym today but will start week 3 of C25K tomorrow instead. Would still like to lose 2lb next week to get to 11st7lb but anything is good at the moment!
