Had a nice compliment this morning, not that I don't get them but this one was.... Oooo you feel a bit trimmer! Probably will be a STS now, the scales don't move sometimes when your body changes, but I am happy with this.
Frith - It never comes off from the bit's I want either, although cutting carbs for me anyway, does appear to help a little.
Did someone mention 'fat back'? Found mine only went when I was within a stone of my ideal weight.... being a short !!!!!! at a size 12 I am still on the Dr's BMI you are still fat chart.

Mine is hips and thighs, my thighs are like 2 walrus's having an argument. I've lost about 3 stone in the last couple of years and I don't think 1 ounce has come from my thighs 🙄'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Oh boo, the weight is coming back on.....last week I forgot to weigh but I know I had increased, I have not been a good girl this week so far. How come it is sooooooooo hard when I want to do it! I saw a photo of me taken about 2 years ago where I remember telling my daughter 'don't take a picture I look way too heavy!'. I would be delighted to look like that now and to be honest I can't believe how hard I was on myself, I looked great
I just can't seen to grasp any motivation and keep it, much as I really, really want to.
*Stop giving up what you really want for what you want now*
*Face your fear, don't do what's easy, do what is right, fight for it because it will be worth it*

@Brie I agree it's not just the weight loss it's the toning up again.....exhausting thinking about it!
Well i've taken the bull by the horns, signed back up to myfitnesspal and have just done a 3000 step workout with 'get fit with rick' on youtube and walked 10 minutes on my treadmill which I have just persuaded DH to help me lug back into the living room. Out of sight out of mind so it is back staring at me while I watch the telly and binge eat, maybe that will do it.*Stop giving up what you really want for what you want now*

-2 lbs for me this week. Slightly disappointed as I’d hit it so hard.
Lunch - will be roast beetroot, fig and feta
Tea - will be something from our IKEA trip. I take my sons every Valentine’s Day (I’ve been single for 17 years).9
