Great progress everybody. As above I am all for slow and steady.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Hope everyone is safe and well. look's like I have lot's to catch up on which should motivate me for the next week.
5 lb off please @Brambling.
No plan followed, it has been a eat when I want few weeks, but some days this has not been much.
People who work with husband who tested positive 4 weeks ago have tested positive again, this second time has not been as bad for me, although one thing did taste of washing up liquid.
Good thing to come from this is that husband and I have agreed that sometimes I don't know what I want for tea or CBA... and he is a hungry boy, he will have XYZ to eat and I will have a quick fix such as noodles so win win.
Valentines meal will be celebrated next Tuesday, this is when the food delivery comes, I have 'accidently on purpose ordered 2 slices of cheesecake' and also A Guinea fowl and veg to steam.... and the bird can go in the freezer if I CBA and Mr Pepper will pop to the Chinese, I will attempt to be good for the rest of this week.

Sorry, I've been trying to write a proper catch up post but time is running away from me again so I'm sneaking in with a 1.5lb gain. Oops. I wouldn't mind so much if it was properly deserved but it was just a weekend of not being strict rather than completely letting go
Well done for the losses (Frith and Jenny, wow!!) and STSs and commiserations for gains. I hope things are improving for those who are struggling at the moment and best of luck for the week ahead everyone xx9 -
Glad you weren't affected too much Jenny and well done on the loss 👏 good loss for you too Ditty 👏
I'll pass the ruler and pen along Izadora so you can draw a line under this week I agree it can be annoying when the gain is undeserved, we all work so hard to lose a lb and it seems to go on as soon as we look at food 😐Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin10 -
Happy to report I'm down 1 lb @Brambling
I've done a bit of a yoyo this week dipped way down and then bobbed up again - no doubt due to 3 carb meals yesterday and wine with dinner. I would feel better about it if I had enjoyed the takeaway more, I'm not use to too much fat so was searching for Rennie over night
