Welcome aboard Hoosrice 👋
Brie as long you're also wearing a red hat with that purple dress 😁 as Sunflwer to pass you the pen and ruler to draw a line under January and start afresh
Ditty usual rules apply, weigh in if and when you are ready to
Izadora I wish I could blame that time of the month for my carb fest (no actually I'm glad not to be able to 😁) I've eaten so much wheat this last week 🙄
I'm declaring a lucky STS this week I think I got off lightly

I have lost 3kg since the last weigh in I finally got on the scales, so I am happy with that especially since there was a pizza take out on Saturday and some chocolate crept in. And sorry to say I gave in to a Chicken Big Mac at lunch today which I didn’t rate so I won’t be having another, the dog liked it though! I have felt like I have let myself down this week in terms of food, whilst I am doing my daily walking with the dog, I feel I am not pushing myself as I could, although admittedly the only place I have been walking in the last few days is around car show rooms – I’ve officially bought my first car, been driving dads for six years!
I shouldn’t feel too disheartened over the little weight loss and food as January / February are normally difficult months for me in terms of depression and for once I am managing well and not overeating. Plus, last week I had part one of my assessment for a possible Autism diagnosis which was rather stressful and triggering, part two is next week!
I have also been listening to the audio book of The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung which is a real eyeopener!
Onwards and upwards, I hope everyone is ok and well done to all those who have lost, don't be too hard on yourself if you have not sending positive vibes to you all!

Morning All
its a sts this week for me, unfortunately my day at the British Museum turned into a 3 day weekend of food. We went from there over to Chinatown and as it was just before the lunar new year, there was deliciousness everywhere! I'll borrow that pen and ruler if I may please Brambling. I am run 3 of week 4 of the c25k today and am getting in my 10k steps everyday so hoping to get back on track.

Thanks @Izadora and thanks @Brambling for updating the thread and tracking all our progress
I weighed yesterday - proper weigh day is tomorrow - and I’d hit 14st 4. Crossing my fingers to stay there tomorrow! Big walks today so hopefully that will help.
I’ve found that I’m loving walking - really, loving it. I live by myself and run my own business so while on one hand I get a lot of alone time, I constantly (erroneously) feel I need to be available to clients. When I walk, I’m totally free. So I’m walking at lunchtime and straight after work every day, half an hour a time, and burning about 350 cals or more a day. The main thing is the difference it makes to my head. I work through all the stresses, sort things out, and come home feeling great. I’m not walking with my friend at the moment and I’m actually finding it better to think things through that talk them through.Good luck to all, we can do this - more tomorrow when I weigh!Grocery Challenge
