Morning all. A loss of 4lbs this week. I was disappointed at first because I wanted to lose more but on the brighter side, 4lbs is massive and a loss is a loss! Headed in the right direction again, at last lol
Congrats everyone on your progress so far. Have a great week 🙂Common sense is not common
Small progress is still progress

Candii 4lb a great start 👏👏
Firth I'm convinced you will get your stone next week 😁 and what a lovely valentine's tradition with your sons 🙂
well done everyone else, lots of lovely halos on the chart 👏👏👏👏👏
Sirens I've not heard the walrus expression before, I did once comment that I walked behind a larger lady in white leggings which looked like two puppies having a fight 😳
Its_time I thought I was fat and was told I was as a teenager/ early twenties and would love to be that weight now. I'm not sure I've ever been happy with my weight or when I have someone has told me I should be thinner. I remember having lost four stone a few years back the asthma nurse commented that I was still over weight and then was unhappy on how good my peak flow was 🙄

STS again ,probably deserved but fed up !
im away next week on a mini break so will try v hard9 -
STS again but just. And not sure how I managed that.
I was absolutely starving yesterday prob due to having done too many carbs for too many days in a row. I didn't eat a lot during the day but they were not good things I was eating - croissant, LO s&s chicken chunk and pita and guac for lunch. So hit dinner time and I inhaled a larger than intended plate of fish and chips. With wine. And then started on the tin of biscuits a colleague gave me at work yesterday.
The only thing that saved me I think is getting cranky as the OH was taking 3 biscuits to every 1 I had and i ended up putting the top back on the tin and moving it away from his reach. I don't think he was impressed. On the one hand the more he eats the less there is to tempt me. On the other hand he's diabetic and shouldn't have them at all. And if one was one of those multiple limbed Hindu goddesses I'd greedily say on the 3rd hand he shouldn't eat them as they were a gift to me.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Good morning!1/2 lb off for me please @Brambling.I’ve been pretty much AWOL 2 weeks. I’ve been under a lot of stress at work and at home. Forgot to weigh in. Ate lots of rubbish food.
Work won’t be resolved for a few weeks - and by that I mean knowing whether I need to look for a new job or not.
On the home front, the sale of our property fell through, but after the initial upset, the relief from being released from the limbo we were in felt good.
But finally, some good news as my DD and her long term boyfriend are getting married in May. If ever there was an incentive to lose weight!I have 1st 8lb to reach goal. I won’t do all of it by May, but I can perhaps lose a good chunk of it!Have a nice day everyone!»The road to DF is long and bumpy » Greensaints8
