Late update from me.
2 lb off please Brambling.
7 Weeks to holiday... another 7 off by then would be nice. More fruit and less carbs I think.
Sains. delivered a substitute flavour for my valentines cheesecake, ordered salted caramel and they sent Biscoff, now this is the last one I would have picked... well it was poked down with a bit of a grumble and I am now a fan. It was the English cheesecake Co. oh it was good.
Might have to consider this as a future controlled substance.

Hi all, back from my short break at Rye Harbour and I managed not to get blown into the sea on Monday morning, just as well I have some weight behind me to keep me grounded we had to shelter in their cafe with their fantastic 🍰 😁 I'm avoiding my scales until next Wednesday 😬
I'll catch up on the chart tomorrow 🙂

1lbs off for me please @Brambling.
When measuring in kg that gives me just over a 10kg loss since the 1st of Jan so I am very pleased with that.6 -
Early morning weigh in here - 2lb loss! So that's 1st 1lb since new year.
So pleased, especially as I've had Covid this week and only managed to hit my step target by stomping round the house and marching on the spot. Yesterday was the first day walking the dogs in almost a week and it felt amazing being out in the sunshine and fresh air.
Really enjoying calorie counting - managed to have homemade burger night this week and still stay within calories.
Hopefully now I am recovered I can carry on running (although ironically it seems I caught Covid at my beginners running group at the gym) so can continue the weight loss.
Next milestone is 4lb to have lost 10% of my total weight since the start of the year.7 -
Disappointing sts for me this week, although I've not been completely on track so maybe I should be relieved. Next sat is dd 18th so there will be cake and a meal out. We are not doing much as she is study for mocks and it's her first birthday after losing her dad so will be tough on her.
I wanted to thank you Its_time for pointing me in the direction of get fit with Rick, I'm really enjoying all the different work outs and he is so bubbly, I've been doing a couple a day as they don't feel like exercise at all, unlike my c25k which I'm finding hard going. xx'You have brains in your head. Mmmph grumble grumble…
Reporting a 2lb gain here @Brambling and I’m grumbling about it!
I am walking miles, easily 3-5 a day, and am being quite strict on my calorie controlled days, but perhaps a little too free on my other days. I’ve worked some 300 cal lunches so next week that’s what I’ll be having each day. Here’s to next Saturday, onward!

Well done to all those who have lost this week and hugs to those who haven't.
Hope you enjoyed your holiday Brambling, Rye is a lovely place.
Hope your daughter enjoys her birthday, Sirens, the first birthday after losing someone is always tough.
Have a good week everyone.

Here is a purse of moneys... which I'm not going to give to you.8 -
Hi everyone. Well done for the losses.
I have had a look at Get fit with Rick, and it looks very good. I could do that while waiting for the potatoes to boil or something, instead of sitting down.6
