Hi all
0.5lb loss for me this week, Brambling, it's better this way than the other way I keep telling myself. Slowly slowly, catchee monkey, as the saying goes.
Keep going everyone, it'll be worth it in the end.
Have a good week.6 -

I know the feeling Frith I've even doing the same.
I'm away for a few days, not far just across the county line to the coast (waterproofs and thermals have been packed) the cottage should have WiFi so I'll try and keep up to date if not I catch up on Thursday. I think I'll miss WI next week 😁

Reporting a measly half a pound loss since last time, which follows a period of illness followed by a couple of trips away, so all in all, I am happy with that.
