@Brambling it is a 2lbs loss for me this week.
I tested positive for covid ( very very mild symptoms) this week and have not been paying attention to what I eat so pleased with the loss.
Creeping close to a 2stone loss which would be amazing to achieve in the first 3 months.
Feeling more confident in actually setting a target for the next quarter now
Sorry you have had a flare up @millicent hope it is not giving you too much bother6 -
Well done losers some good losses 👏👏
sorry you've not been feeling well Millicentand Ziggy I'm glad you've only had a mild case of covid
great losses for both of you this quarter

2 lbs for me this week, Brambling, no idea how, but I'll take it happily.
Hope everyone is well.4 -
Checking in with a STS this week - did my first run (C25K week 3 so not much running!) yesterday following COVID so hoping to get back to that and see some more downwards movement. My eating has been appalling for the last couple of weeks so really need to get back on track and get back to tracking.5

Hello all. I’m back to report that for the first time in YEARS I am under 14 stone! Not quite 13 13 but definitely under!
i think this is a combination of having met someone 💞 and work being super busy, so not much time to think about food. Long may it continue!
hope all others well - well done on those 😇 everyone!
