Well I wrongly thought my weight would rattle off when I went back to work, biking to work and eating less. Maybe it's the eating less that hasent really happened yet.
Or i've been to tired to do other sport han the biking. Either way, I have bought a ton of vegetables for the week, will keep bicyceling and fingers crossed I will move in the righ tdirection. TOday was a run and a walk and I now have a dodgy ankel and a dodgy knee. Not ideal. Some times you have to observe before you can act, so for poeples having stight setbacks, be honest to yourself about why, and just keep going. Tomorrow is a new week.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Must be the day for it @Brambling I’ve been unable to stop picking! I did a huge walk yesterday though (14 miles, and yes I’m proud) so I’m letting myself off the hook, hopefully it won’t come back to but me!Grocery Challenge

@Brambling thanks for tracking for us. 1 lb lost, mainly due to sensible eating and really trying to pack in the vegetables.

Good morning,
-1.5lb for me today @Brambling. Nothing short of a miracle as I had 2 really bad days this week. I think I don’t eat enough during the day, and I end up ravenous at night. Changing that from today. When I first got in the scales, they showed minus 8lb. I thought I there were broken, until I realised I was holding to the work top! 😂 (I weigh myself in the kitchen as it’s the only real non carpeted flat surface)»The road to DF is long and bumpy » Greensaints10 -
hi @Brambling well ive weighed in this morning and got what I expected STS. Ive had a bad back for much of the week and although ive still been walking (part of the cure) its been at a very slow and tentative rate, as has most of my movement all week. Hey ho - this is a new week and it is getting less painful. On the plus side I am drinking more water ( another thing which is supposed to improve it) and I did have that as a target. Well done to all who have lost this week. Have a lovely day all.10

Morning,
Checking in with a 2.5lb loss this week. I've still been snacking on the leftover Christmas snacks but I've kept up with the walking so that must help but the main thing is likely the no alcohol. We're nearly out of the Christmas snacks now so that's good.
Have a good week all.11 -
Round a friends for Chinese takeaway and drinks on Saturday, then slightly (but not terribly) hungover yday, so lots of calorie intake this weekend which,l will probably scupper my weightloss this week, but life is for living so back on it today. Went for a run this morning which was chilly but very pretty with the frost and sunshine, so feel a bit better for having got out there. Ran on Saturday too but for some reason this run felt easier, no idea why, running is weird! 🤣 It was a bit slippy tho in places so I was super careful not to fall over again!! 🤣 Protein shake and a crumpet for breakfast when I got in, and a pot of tea.Have the day off today so I might do some meal prepping, have lots of lentils so I could make some dal later for lunches- tasty and healthy!Jan Grocery Challenge 2023: £181.18/£400
