Hi, Can I join in too? I've already shed a couple of pounds this year and am aiming for 14lbs per quarter. Starting from now, can you put me down for a goal of 12 pounds loss by the end of March?
Many thanks,
B x7 -

Sue I'm often the one running behind the wagon trying to catch up 😐 like you I can make a brief tumble into a weeklong event, subconsciously my brain tells my belly that the diet is ruined for the week so I'll start again next week 🙄.I've hidden chocolate in the freezer and I'm thinking of going to bed to avoid digging it back out again as I'm determined to behave this weekLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin9 -
Hi all
i totally hear the waggon falling. ‘May as we’ll be hug for a sheep as a lamb’
Friday is one of my non calorie restricted days. I don’t go particularly mad - dinner was a veggie steak slice with oven chips, beans and salad and then a handful of Xmas biscuits for pud. I hope I don’t regret it tomorrow morning when I weigh!Had a gorgeous walk in the sun along a local river. We have a visiting seal and I saw it for the first time today. Then a cormorant flew overhead and a pied wagtail crossed my path. Well worth getting out for (and 369 cals burned)
12 mile walk planned for tomorrow if friend and I can both manage it! I hope soGrocery Challenge

First weigh in for me this challenge and a loss of -5lb, I realise it's probably, mostly water weight, but I did put some weight on since last year. I've also restarted the c25k so hopefully that should help x'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Hi
Sorry for your loss Sirens.
Hope the faller overs, stumblers, bashed and bruised are recovering. I’m dreadfully clumsy as I have balance issues and trip up a lot! Thanks for adding me Brambling. Was weigh in day yesterday and I need to be much more mindful than I thought I was being this week as it’s a STS.
I’ve bought the updated book of the diet I lost with last year so will have a read of that this week and try and get my head around calorie and carb counting again.
Well done everyone and keep going.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Weigh in day and I've lost 2lb. Now at 12st 3lb so hopefully by the end of the month I will break into the 11st category. That will be such a psychological boost and it's when I plan to restart C25K which will hopefully help weight loss.
Sticking with Dry January (except my planned one day off), walking the dogs and hitting my step target every day.9
