Yes @bubbs, I made 6 but I did add a bit of milk and they were large eggs.

I know you go light on carbs but isn't that because it's better for your diabetes? 🤔 I have some SP meals (just Speed and Protein @Its_time ) like  omelette and salad or pickles for lunch but other days I have carbs like a jacket potato today so you don't have to go without and make yourself hungry.

    Thanks so much all.
I had cooked dinner tonight but got interrupted half way through so didn't finish it although it was all free, protein and speed.
I'm going to batch cook some yorkshires during the week so they are ready for me whenever I fancy some.  I'm definitely going to change the bread over because the hovis slices are tiny, I'm going to wait untill the 3 loaves in the freezer are used though to help with the debt busting.
Just one more thing how do I make those scotch eggs!!! I showed DH and he said they looked nice and reminded him he loves them.  I'm going to have a good look at sausages and see which I prefer there sems a few to choose from.

5% pork mince, flavour it with what you wish but needs seasoning, i use garlic granules and mixed herbs
    Wrap round the boiled eggs
roll in dry couscous flavoured with paprika (i do)
    Spray with frylight
Either cook in the oven ot i did mine 14 mins in the acti fry.

Some people use LM red onion sausages but i like them as sausage nothing else 😂

I’ve lost it completely the last couple of weeks ,no idea why ,just v down and not sleeping v well.
I’m away from tomorrow until Fri ,will try and rein it in a bit and plan .
I think a lot of the problem is I miss DH so much
Reading through here I realise I’m not eating enough free food and hardly any Speed free ,while I’m away I’m going to write some things down and try to do a shop next Saturday and meal plan .

Enjoy your break @Suffolksue. I think you're absolutely right that taking time to make a plan is the way forward. Write a meal plan and a shopping list to go with it for when you get home. 🤗

Of course you must eat up what you have in, like the bread @Its_time. This is a mse thread as well as SW and we always try to be economical.

I didn't know either @beanielou when I bought it.  I'm sure it used to be HEA!  I did actually buy the Philly Lightest and not just the Light so it was actually only 1 syn for 25g not 2 so at least I saved a syn on what I used!

You'll have to try cheese triangles like @bubbs or Primula, what my DH calls squirty cheese!

Have a good break @Suffolksue; definitely do some planning and your shopping list for when you get back.
