Apparently so Coxy! I didn't know either. To be honest I wasn't expecting anything out of that bag!

Good luck. I've found the Morries bags to usually have quite a bit of fruit and veg in them. Sometimes have tings like rolls but always freeze for DH to have them over time; same if there are any cakes things! He's got about a dozen hot cross buns in the freezer to get through!

Late posting again today. Football this afternoon and traffic was awful. We only live 3 miles from the ground and it took an hour to get there and 2 hours to get back. ☹️ Everyone seemed to be in their cars because public transport was so iffy after Storm Eunice.
Stayed on plan though despite feeling very hungry getting back late. There was a guy on the bus with a Greggs bag. I thought I'd drool if he brought out a pasty but it was a chocolate covered doughnut. Yuk! I really hate sweet stuff like that. 😁
Today's EE plan -
B- fried egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F), cottage cheese, ham (P), spring onions, beetroot, cornichons (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P, S) noodles (F)
Syns - half Crunchie 3, Ben's sauce 1.5, weekend wine 😁0 -
Late check in for me. Was a STS again today - consultant said see what the scales say next week and if still no movement he has other things for me to try.Been on plan today but out tomorrow for a family celebratory dinner and although driving, know I’m over syns with the pre-chosen menu.Thankfully snow has gone but now heavy rain here so off to bed for another sleepless night.0

Morning all, glad the storm is finally over. It seems really quiet out there at the moment although we're forecast rain this afternoon. Just need to decide whether it's worth doing some washing this morning and hope I can get it dry before the rain or whether to just leave it until tomorrow!
@Jellybaby - when you say your pre-chosen menu is over syns do you mean for today? I assume that's what you mean as can't really see anything being 105 syns without alcohol! Work out what syns you've had since WI, plus today's and take from 105 and divide that over the next 5 days to give you a reduced daily total, ie use a weekly syn bank - it works for quite a few of us on here. It's definitely what I'll be doing again this week!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - stuffed peppers: HEA2; P; S; F
D - stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, peppers & onions, cabbage, broccoli, green beans, peas - P; S; F; 2
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheddar
Syns - LF sausages 2; 25g Philly Light 2
Has anyone else been having trouble getting Primula Light? I haven't been able to get any for weeks. I've tried Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury. Don't often go to Asda so haven't tried there yet. Think I might just get the ordinary one next time as I never use the full 75g anyway as HEA. Hadn't realised Philly was syns and not HEA!
Have a good day everyone.

Yes Denise, that’s what I meant. I’m happy enough if I have four or five syns each day.
As expected another sleepless night listening to the wind and rain so snuggling down on the sofa with a book and coffee.0 -
Morning all
Denise glad the storm is over for you but we are getting battered again 😫😫 they reckon 80mph again 😱 yesterday was calmer but my god we had some rain in the afternoon!
I don't often buy primula so can't say if short supply
Jelly sts is better than a gain, enjoy your meal today , stay safe driving.

Happy Sunday everyone.
weather still awful here. Today it is heavy rain which is washing away yesterday’s snow and the wind is still up. We’ve had a bit of damage from the storms - fencing gone but concrete posts till in so should be a fairly easy job to slide new ones in. We just need to order them.
I've stayed the same (maintain) this weigh in. I think I’ve dodged a bullet really as I haven’t been on plan as such. We’ve been eating up things from the freezer and of course, finding high syn things to accompany meals like hash browns, creamed cabbage, chorizo
I really must make a better attempt at this!
today we are having soup for lunch with HEb roll and a roast chicken, plain steamed veg and jacket pots.
have a safe day all x0 -
Morning everyone,
Same here Denise - quiet after the storm. Have several empty flower pots strewn around the garden (not ours) so will go and rescue those later.
We had a curry out last night for a friends 60th. I ordered a chicken shashlik and had some of DH's mushroom rice. No naan, but did have half a poppadum and an onion bhaji as someone ordered for the table 'as that's what we always do when we have Indian'. The shashlik was lovely - really nice peppers and onion and not dry at all. I drank diet coke as was driving. Shashlik not listed but thinking if I syn 10 for it - do you think that's fair? It's basically chicken chunks on a skewer with veg on a sizzling plate.
So total syns for yesterday was 10+3.5+1.5+8.5 = 23.5 eeek. Not great for my first day back to SW but back on plan today.
B - poached eggs, grilled lean bacon, tomatoes - P, S
L - JP, hm veg chilli, cheese - 1, S, HEA
D - SW Mexican chicken (recipe from website), small portion boiled rice - P, S
HEA - milk
HEB - Hi fi bar
Total syns - 1
Well done on STS Jellybaby and enjoy your meal out.
Oooh TIE - let us know what your Morries bag had in it
Will go for the food shop later and hope to fit in a walk if the weather stays fine.
Have a good day everyone,
Coxy
