Hello all,
I've been away a while but that doesn't mean I haven't been following the plan. I made a big decision March/April time to simply change things. So far I have lost exactly 1 stone with slimming world and 1 stone 4lb since Christmas.
I have taken a different approach and have literally tested the plan to its max and eaten, it has worked.
Tonight I am making myself a curry and whilst I know I am very low on my syns plus I have done an hours cardio I would still like to be accurate.
I just can not work out how many syns in the mayflower curry sauce, my app says 3 or 4 depending on how it is made. I've made 85g with 460ml of water, it has now thickened considerably so I will add more water. I will probably get 2 or 3 portions from it but only used 3/4 of a chicken breast so it might not go very far. How many syns will be in the 85g??
I put chicken, celery, peppers, mushrooms and onions with basmati rice, thanks everyone 😊*Stop giving up what you really want for what you want now*
*Face your fear, don't do what's easy, do what is right, fight for it because it will be worth it*

Hi all, I've been reading this thread for a while and it's time I start being accountable!
I started slimming world about a year before lockdown and lost about 3.5 stone! It worked really well for me. I couldn't get on with the virtual groups and like so many others during lockdown I put the weight back on again..... Well it's time I get back into it and focus on myself as I don't feel comfortable in my own skin at the moment.
I have a job that means I can be away from home semi regularly, which makes it difficult to go to group. So im going to sign up online and hopefully use this as a bit of a support network if you'll have me?!
I have put together my meal plan for next week and I want to spend the end of this week and the weekend using up some less slimming world friendly foods.
Looking forward to the journey
