Afternoon all
Well done Denise, better off than on!
Well the good news is i got my glasses back 😁😁😁 i went in Morrisons when i dropped DH off so just after 7 and no they hadn't got them , b&m does not open till 9 , so i went and done what i was doing and went back before i picked dh up and get some lunch so 1 ish and no not been handed in 😥 thought that's it not getting them back. So when i went in Morrisons i asked again at self serve where i was yesterday, she ask at customer services, i said i did this morning, she said try again because if they were handed in here they may not have gone over 1st thing this morning, so off i trot, she asked me the colour, i said browny/bronze, these ? she goes, oh went oh yes thanks so much 😁😁😁
Then the good was outweighed as i went to Tesco to get a cooked chicken for tea, came out and this couple were looking at me to see where i was going , they were 25ish i would say, i get in the car pull off and the bleeding glass of the wing mirror falls off!! 🤬 so i reckon they bashed into it and knocked it off!! so i pulled over and managed to clip it back on but it has all cracks in it 😫
Well done Mrs R on your meds reduction 👏👏
Ruby what time do you get up then? i get up at 5.15 ish and thought that was early enough 😂Anyway breakfast was 1/2 hexa and hexb ham and beetroot soft pitta, with 1 slice of cheese Tom's, fee grapes, had the satsuma about 11Lunch I went to Morrisons and bought a salad from salad bar but no sauce type things, but I did ram 5 boiled eggs in thereand took some out for breakfast tomorrow
just had a sprinkle of cheese , leaves at the bottom .

Glad you got your glasses back @bubbs! I know the weight is better off than on but still disappointed after being careful for 3 weeks now! My usual consultant wasn't there this morning as she had to go to a funeral, I know the other one who covered today and she congratulated me for staying even though I was disappointed! Why? I don't think I've just weighed and left unless it was pre-planned!
I can't believe how much salad you have. Don't you get fed up with it? I much prefer vegetables to salad stuff.
I've still got half a snowball melon in the fridge which hopefully will be completely ripe now (it was a bit hard last week but I still ate it!). Will need to get some more fruit tomorrow when we go into town as only have the half melon plus about 3/4 box of grapes. Just need to decide what fruit to get!

Thought you had your microwave? You could use the steam fresh veg!
Is it next week you go into the self catering place? Things will be much easier than the hotel!

Great news about the medication @MrsRyan.👍🏼 Even with some oil, the BBQ still sounds like a SW friendly meal so perhaps allow some syns just in case.
I think we can officially say that saving syns works @joedenise and having them daily isn't essential. Shame you only got half a pound off after all that effort. You might just as well stick to our usual methods. But not this week! Just do your best to be low syn on other days and have whatever you fancy on Saturday evening. It's not often you get to go dancing. 😁 Have you chosen out an outfit yet? The last time we went to a black tie event, DH did SW for a few weeks to get into the trousers of his evening suit.🤣
Do let us know what the French onion soup recipe is like @Jellybaby. I haven't had that for ages.😋
Hope all goes well at the office @ruby_eskimo. Is that just a visit or do you have to go back regularly? 🤔
Ouch to the wing mirror @bubbs. It'll probably cost more to replace than the glasses. 😢 DH managed to knock his mirror in a car park and, by the time it was sprayed to match the car, the cost seemed exorbitant.
I seem to have been dashing around all over the place today but have managed to stick to plan.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB muffin, HEA1 milk, baked beans (F), fried egg and bacon (P)
L- sardines (P) and pickles (S)
D- Austrian ham hash (P,S, F and HEA2 topping), cabbages, cauli and broccoli (S)

@maman It's not a formal D&D just a smart casual do! I've not decided what I'm wearing yet but probably black trousers with a longish cream blouse and black cardie. It's either that or a long dress but that of course means wearing heels and dancing in heels isn't for me! It's currently 80/20 to the trousers!
@bubbs Glad the glass for the mirror isn't too expensive. I managed to knock the glass out of ours a while ago but fortunately it was still hanging on and not broken so DH was able to stick it back in! However the back did need a respray but we've got a local place we use and he still had some of the paint left from when he did a job for us before so it just cost us £20 for labour! He had to do a much bigger job on the bonnet earlier when DH had stupidly put a solar panel on the garage flat roof and a gust of wind caught it and the corner ended up going through the bonnet! Glad it was him and not me did that!
