Morning all.  Well done to the losers and hope you're feeling better soon @TakeItEazy C19, is definitely not fun.

Another busy day here so quick menu update - more ff yogurt with blueberries and mango for breakfast, lunch is going to be roasted tomatoes on toast with cream cheese and dinner is kimchi stew with rice.

Hope you all have a good day.

Morning all, I'm just plodding along at the moment.  Went to fitness class last night and felt so much better after it, though sore this morning again!

Just had baked oats and fruit for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and chicken 'something' when I decide for dinner.

    Have a good day!

I'm out for lunch today so will post later. The restaurant is in a lovely building with glorious sea views but I've not been there since preCovid so no idea of menu. The website is very basic too so no help there.

I had a HEB wholemeal muffin with 2 fried eggs for breakfast so at least one meal is right on plan. 😁

    Afternoon all

Denise i wouldn't say 500g! as 25g flour is more or less a flat spoonful.

Well today funny food day 😏

    Melon & ham breakfast
    tin sardines and yoghurt lunch
Fish and chips will be for tea 😋 might have a soft pitta chip butty 😂

Well i lost my glasses today 😫 i will go and see if if i left them either in Morrisons or B&M, i had them before i went in there, luckily i have my old ones in the car!

Back from lunch. Menu wasn't great but I chose fairly SW friendly. I had prawn cocktail followed by lamb steak with mash and veg with a little sauce. Others had puddings but I was happy with a couple of glasses of wine. 😉 Probably way over syns for the week but line drawn and back on plan until the next time. 😁

Likely to only want a snack later so not too bad. 🤔

Your lunch sounds a bit more SW friendly than the 4 course meal I'm going out for on Saturday night!  I think you chose quite wisely and wouldn't have thought it would have been very many syns for the food but definitely wine syns!

@bubbs I thought the measuring spoon looked quite small - think I'll just stick with my scales which don't take up much room!  I've got measuring spoons which are also quite useful.

I tend to use this for flour and cheese.

I use measuring spoons for things that need tsp, tbsp etc
