I doubt prawn crackers weigh very much - I wouldn't have thought they'd weigh more than a couple of grams each!

What do you mean by weighing spoon for Yorkshire?  Do you mean measuring spoons?

Excellent @annabanana82! Delighted for you both. 👏👏👏

My Bolognese is a fixed portion because I weigh them out before freezing and I use a spaghetti measure. It's not high tech like @bubbs, just a piece of wood with a hole in it! 🤣

I wouldn't use it indoors @bubbs but that would be useful for when we're away in the motorhome.  How big is the spoon bit?  It says it weighs up to 500g but the spoon doesn't look big enough for that!

I weigh all my batch cooking as well @maman; they're not exactly the same weight but they're fairly similar.  Having said that I don't have anywhere near as much pasta as it says for a portion (I'm not keen on it!).

    Evening all
I’m quite cross with myself this week. My meds are making me eat every three hours- but my diabetic nurse is on leave for three weeks so there’s nothing I can do until she gets back. I’ve got a docs appointment Wednesday though so I might try and get it into the conversation. I know I can eat every three hours within Syns- I just lost the plot yesterday but I think I can pull it back for at least an STS by Wednesday. I would be happy with that. I’ve been good today- I’ve managed to eat every three hours (I’m finding good hacks to bring my sugars up- oat milk in my coffee I’ve discovered brings it up and I get 800mls for my HEA’s) and I haven’t toppled over syns. The key is having a Free breakfast, as if I don’t I end up going over syns.

B: HEXB Lizi’s SF granola, blueberries, FF natural Greek yoghurt
L: SW meal pot, veg. Skinny bar (3)
Snack: Bowl of noodles, coffee with HEXA
D- SW chilli con carne, veg, rice (2) chocolate (4.5) Bottle of Corona Cero with lime (3)
S: Crisps (3.5) HiFi (3) decaf coffee with HEXA
    Syns: 19

    Night all xx

Morning all, don't beat yourself up @Mrs_Ryan.  Life gets in the way.  We have to make SW work for us not the other way round.  As you say it is still possible to follow the plan even when life throws us curveballs.  Just draw the line and move on.  Good luck with pulling it back in time for WI.

I managed to get a couple of Magic Bags (from Too Good to Go app) to collect this evening so should get some extra fruit and veg for very little money.  They are from two different branches of Morrisons and only cost £3.09 each.  DH also nabbed one for himself from Costa so that will be sandwiches, muffins etc so he can eat those because I certainly won't!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast; marmalade on 1/2 slice - HEB; P; S; 0.5
    L - carrot and lentil soup - P; S; F
    D - goat curry, rice n peas - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - 1 tsp marmalade 0.5.  Will need to find some more syns later but no idea what!

    Have a good day everyone.
