Well done @bubbs!  brilliant news - finally moving.  Hopefully it'll continue into the future.

Sorry to hear your DH is poorly @TakeItEazy.  Covid is a PITA isn't it?  Make sure you keep the room you're working in well ventilated, I'm sure that helps.

    How are you doing @beanielou?

Brilliant news @bubbs! So pleased for you. 😁👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Sorry to hear about your DH @TakeItEazy. Poor guy, nothing seems to go smoothly. I do hope it's resolved soon. 🤗 Covid is rife in primary schools at he moment. Do try to take care of yourself.

I went to Sainsbury's this morning and got some of the Ben's Sweet and Sour sauce. The NAS one is often so difficult to find and for £1, it's well worth stocking up.

My lunch was absolutely lush. I got some YS prawns yesterday and made my own seafood sauce with LTL mayo and a dash of tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce and some paprika. Yum! I'll definitely have that again. 😋

Batch cooking Bolognese this afternoon. I need to make chilli too but probably tomorrow.

Probably won't help you @joedenise as I know you like a red but discovered that Sainsbury's TTD prosecco is only 24 syns for a bottle, others are low too depending on the alcohol content. I like fizz every now and again so that's one to remember.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, banana (F), berries (S)
    L- JP (F), prawns (P), beetroot and tomatoes (S)
D- sweet and sour  chicken (P,S) with noodles or rice (F)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, sweet and sour sauce 1.5, weekend wine😁

Thanks @maman but as you say I'm a Red girl.  Very occasionally have a fizzy white but if I do I generally add cassis to it which is now actually on the app at 3.5 syns per 25ml; that would certainly up the syns of a glass of wine!

Thanks everyone i was over joyed 🤣 i jumped off the scales with my hands in the air, they were laughing.

Consultant said i see you are having more speed foods and less free, i said i don't have free foods 🤣 or not many 🤔

TIE sorry to hear about your DH :(

Beanie glad you had a nice evening last night

Well we have been really busy , just sat down, really deep cleaned the bedroom and got rid of stuff we don't use, dh pulled the bed out, OMG the cobwebs behind 😱 but it's too heavy for me to pull out especially at the moment i am having real trouble with my left elbow, i think ole arthur is in there now 😫 it's really swollen on the joint 🙄 i really need to make an appointment when i come back.

So then i said i may as well change the bed as it it was due to be done , will only be slept in twice before we go away so won't be a mad rush when we come back, then we went and took all the rubbish , stuff that's been donated all in another bag, half packed one case with the microwave in 🤣 need to sneak it in, now sitting down and having a cuppa!

Oh lunch was a soft pitta with 2 LM sausage , mushroom and 2 eggs in, couldn't fit anymore in it, i had a banana at group and a satsuma earlier. Picky tea for tea 😋 won't have one next week, might the week after when we get to Yorkshire 😁
