Thanks for that @joedenise. I did wonder about 25g. I think I'll just have KFC less frequently and definitely not before WI.
Thanks for the heads up on the sweet and sour sauce @bubbs. I'll check out our local Sainsburys but last time it was on offer I had to go to a smaller branch to find it.🤔
Is it tomorrow you have to move out? Seems crazy but I know those are the rules. Good idea to have frozen meals prepared. Is the hotel happy with people cooking in rooms?🤔1 -
Popping on to say I use Fitbit @FrankieM and it will let you enter an interim target. You also get ‘badges’ awarded when you’ve lost certain amounts, 10lb being the first one as I recall. I like mine as it is not too chunky and more like a regular watch so can wear it all the time. It’s the luxe model I believe. Hope that might be of some help x2

why are you moving out Bubbs ?0

@maman yes, curry was batch cooked before slimming world, though I really mind having some extra syns, especially on the weekend and I class Friday evening as the weekend
@BadCat18 I don't want targets or goals at all....I just want to monitor what I'm doing, otherwise you start doing stupid things like walking on the spot in your bedroom to hit your step goal or gulping water down just before bed to hit your water goal.
I just want to how I'm doing and in regards to weight, see a running total of weight lost rather than what I still have to lose...
Might just have to put it in a notebook

@FrankieM, sorry I must have misunderstood what you are looking for in a tracker x that being said with mine even though I have entered goals I’ve kept them low so they are achievable, I also use the weekly and monthly bit to see how I am gradually increasing my amount of movement over time, and I definitely don’t march on the spot to get to my daily goal lol😁 …
house to myself this weekend, am about to go food shopping so must resist the treats! I have a list and will avoid the aisles with my trigger foods. Have a good weekend all x0 -
Morning all, what a difference in weather this morning! It's really windy compared to yesterday when there was hardly a breeze. Need to go out shortly as I've got physio later; glad to say my range of movement is very much improved but still difficult and painful to put my arm behind my back.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - avocado and prawns; stuffed pepper - not sure what I'm going to stuff it with yet but will definitely include Speed! P; 3.5
D - aubergine dhansak; rice - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - 1 slice of bread (made a sandwich with one sausage for breakfast!); hifi bar?
Syns - avocado 3.5; rum 5
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all 👋🏻Condolences @klew356 thinking of you 💞
Well last week was 1lb on which was less than expected as was the boys Birthday and hubby made a massive (deep) white chocolate cheesecake with double cream in 😱. Rude to not have any so 🥴🥴. This week the boy had left a box of biscuits within reach so 🥴🥴. Luckily I have been walking to work as well as walking the dog before going so that has helped with STS this week 🤗.COVID still rife in my year group including 2 children I work physically close with. So far i’m still negative 🤞🏻.
Hubby’s fistula is causing issues as keeps clotting, so looks like a pin cushion and really bruised 🥺. He also feels lousy the day after so doubt he will be going back to work anytime soon (if ever 🥺). Budget VERY tight now 😢.
Other than that everything’s good 🥴🥴Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
